Eric Jacobson is the Director of Property Management at Frontline Real Estate Partners. As part of the Frontline team, Eric is responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, valuation, management and receivership of all commercial asset classes including retail, industrial, office, multifamily, land and special-use properties. Eric is experienced with court-appointed receivership and routinely files reports and appears in courts throughout several counties in the greater Chicagoland area. In addition to providing brokerage and advisory services to clients, Eric serves as an investment analyst and performs financial modeling for Frontline’s real estate acquisition business.
Prior to joining Frontline, Eric practiced residential real estate as a licensed broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arlington Heights, Illinois. As a Realtor, Eric was responsible for negotiating offers to buy and sell properties on behalf of clients in addition to analyzing market conditions and performing property valuations. Eric was responsible for coordinating with brokers, inspectors, lenders, and attorneys to achieve a successful closing.
Eric studied in Finance and Real Estate at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business in 2010. During his tenure at Indiana University, Eric was a member of the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Alpha Lambda Delta National Academic Honor Society for Freshmen, the Provost’s Honor Roll, and the Indiana University Real Estate Club.
