Andrea joined Frontline Real Estate Partners in 2020 as a commercial property manager. As a commercial property manager, Andrea plays a critical role in the operation and management of retail and industrial assets located in geographic markets across the country. Andrea specializes in procuring and negotiating service contracts, qualifying vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, bidding out and coordinating repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Andrea’s expertise at managing properties and providing consistent, real-time communication to clients and customers enables efficient resolution of work orders that results in reduced facility maintenance costs and operational impact.
Prior to joining the Frontline team, for over 25 years, Andrea worked as an Event Manager working with Fortune 100 companies executing meetings, tradeshows, and incentives.
Andrea graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Letters and Sciences degree in Speech Communications. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and volunteering for causes close to her heart.
