Nick Kapsis serves as Frontline’s Controller, joining the team in 2025 and bringing with him a deep, multi-industry background in financial planning, analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

Nick excels at reengineering complex accounting processes, implementing financial IT systems, and dramatically improving financial visibility to support strategic decision-making across the executive level. His expertise ensures the accuracy and efficiency of all corporate financial results.

In his role, Nick oversees the preparation of consolidated financial statements, manages the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, and maintains and strengthens all internal controls and accounting policies. He acts as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations. Nick is also instrumental in mentoring and supervising the accounting team to deliver high-performing financial operations.

Nick’s extensive professional history includes significant leadership roles in large-scale real estate and accounting operations. Over his career, he has successfully reduced month-end close cycles, led major ERP system integrations (including Yardi and PayScan), and improved data integrity. This proven track record in financial leadership and process optimization makes him an invaluable asset to Frontline.
