David is a Broker Analyst at Frontline Real Estate Partners, where he supports the firm’s brokerage, receivership, and property management platforms across the retail, office, industrial, and multifamily sectors. In addition to his analytical work — broker opinions of value, Argus Enterprise modeling, and offering memoranda — David is active on the brokerage side, working directly on the marketing and disposition of commercial assets. He received his degree in finance from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business in May 2025.
