As Chief Operating Officer at Frontline Real Estate Partners, Eric Jacobson plays a central role in setting company direction, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring a growing team of real estate professionals. His experience spans the full real estate lifecycle, including the valuation, management, leasing, and disposition of over $3 billion in assets totaling more than 20 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, and special purpose properties nationwide. His understanding of both the technical and strategic sides of the business enables him to solve problems proactively, maximize value, and drive successful outcomes for clients.
Eric also specializes in complex, high-stakes scenarios such as court-appointed receiverships and distressed asset management. He has performed receivership work in federal and state courts across more than ten states, regularly preparing and presenting operational and financial reports in active litigation matters.
Prior to his current role, Eric spent over a decade leading Frontline’s third-party property management and receivership portfolio as Director of Property Management.
Eric has been a licensed real estate broker in Illinois since 2010 with experience selling and leasing commercial assets and utilizing Argus software to perform financial modeling and property valuation.
Eric studied Finance and Real Estate at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business in 2010. During his tenure at Indiana University, Eric was a member of the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Alpha Lambda Delta National Academic Honor Society for Freshmen, the Provost’s Honor Roll, and the Indiana University Real Estate Club.
