FRONTLINE BROKERS SALE OF CONDO & TOWNHOME PORTFOLIO IN MELROSE PARK, ILLINOIS

MELROSE PARK, IL–(November 22, 2013) – Frontline Real Estate Partners brokered a portfolio sale of eleven condos and two townhomes located in the Thatcher Woods development at 1650 Riverwoods Drive, Melrose Park, Illinois. The seller was a bank and the buyer was a Chicago based investor. Josh Joseph, Principal of Frontline Real Estate Partners, said that Frontline was able to quickly establish a bid deadline and procure multiple buyers to compete in a best and final round of bidding. “Our strategy was to maximize value by having several interested parties bid against each other in a competitive bidding process,” added Eric Jacobson of Frontline. The end result was a successful closing with an experienced buyer for what Mr. Jacobson described as a strong market value.
