PARK RIDGE, IL–(November 18, 2015) – Frontline Real Estate Partners has closed the sale of a 16,355 SF retail strip center located at 127-157 N. Northwest Highway in downtown Park Ridge, Illinois. The storefront building consisting of 13 units sold to a local investor for $1,600,000, or $98 per square foot. Prior to closing the sale, Frontline served as the property manager and leasing agent, and increased occupancy by procuring two (2) new tenants at the building.
