KANKAKEE, IL–(May 31, 2013) – Frontline Real Estate Partners has signed new leases with several exciting tenants at The Shoppes at Meadowview, a grocery-anchored shopping center it acquired in December 2011. New tenants include Planet Fitness which has leased 20,000 square feet of retail space for a new health club, and Accelerated Rehab. Frontline completed the leases in conjunction with its joint venture partner Terraco, Inc. and its broker McColly Bennett Commercial based in Kankakee.
