Deal Summary:

Frontline Real Estate Partners acquired two mixed-use properties from a private seller in August 2014. The properties are located at 1911 and 1919 W. Chicago Avenue in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of Chicago, one of the fastest growing areas of the city. The properties consist of commercial units on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors. Frontline rehabbed the apartments into new, condo-quality units, and secured leases for both commercial storefronts, one with a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tenant and one with MetroPCS. This transaction represents Frontline’s third investment in the neighborhood.
