Frontline Real Estate Partners has closed the sale of a 3,052 SF former bank branch located at 5525 W. Diversey Avenue in Chicago. The building was located just off the corner of Central Avenue in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood. The property sold for $1,350,000 which was above the initial asking price. Frontline worked with a senior housing developer through an extensive zoning process to help facilitate the transaction.
