Eric Jacobson is a Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management at Frontline Real Estate Partners. Eric’s primary responsibilities include overseeing Frontline’s property management portfolio consisting of third party and Frontline-owned assets located in Chicago and nationally. Eric is experienced at managing properties across a broad range of commercial asset classes including retail, industrial, office, multi-family, restaurant, land and special use properties. He also has significant experience with receivership, mortgagee in possession, and REO asset management, and routinely files reports and appears in court for receivership hearings.
In addition to overseeing Frontline’s property management business, Eric serves as an investment analyst and utilizes Argus software to perform financial modeling and property valuation. Eric is also a licensed real estate broker with experience in sales and leasing of commercial assets.
Prior to joining Frontline, Eric practiced residential real estate as a licensed broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arlington Heights, Illinois. As a Realtor, Eric was responsible for negotiating offers to buy and sell properties on behalf of clients in addition to analyzing market conditions and performing property valuations. Eric was responsible for coordinating with brokers, inspectors, lenders, and attorneys to achieve a successful closing.
Eric studied in Finance and Real Estate at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business in 2010. During his tenure at Indiana University, Eric was a member of the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Alpha Lambda Delta National Academic Honor Society for Freshmen, the Provost’s Honor Roll, and the Indiana University Real Estate Club.
