Frontline Real Estate Partners acquired two retail strip centers plus two vacant parcels of land via a pre-negotiated short sale. The retail strip centers are located on the west side of Chicago at 5023 W. Armitage Avenue and 6352 W. Grand Avenue. The land parcels were sold after acquisition and the strip centers are were managed and leased by the Frontline team until being exited in 2018.
