Paula Detienne serves as the Property Accountant for Frontline Real Estate Partners. As part of the Frontline team, Paula is responsible for all of the day to day accounting and financial operations for the company’s portfolio of over 70 properties. Activities include financial analysis, accounting management, budgeting & forecasting, customer service, analytic & technical skills, cash management & cost reductions, CAM & RET reconciliations/audits and lease administration. Paula is also proficient in many accounting software programs including Yardi, MRI, People Soft, Timberline, Avid Exchange and Quickbooks.
Prior to joining Frontline, Paula was the Property Accountant for The Glen Town Center in Glenview, IL over six years. Paula managed the day to day accounting/financial operations for the 1,150,000 square foot retail shopping center along with 181 residential apartments, a 10 screen movie theatre and two retail development properties in Atlanta and Huston.
Prior to joining The Glen Town Center, Paula was the Accounting Manager for Gurnee Mills Shopping Center for five years. Paula managed and supervised the accounting operations for the major retail shopping center. Activities included preparation of financial statements, reports and projects, budgets, reforecasts and monthly income/expense variance analysis, CAM & RET tax reconciliations/disputes, accounts payable and monitored accounts receivable and collections for over 210 tenants. Paula also managed and supervised an Accounting Assistant in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Gurnee Mills, Paula was the Property Accountant for Nordic Properties, Ltd. Paula was responsible for all phases of accounting for over 800 residential units.
