Deal Summary
Frontline Real Estate Partners acquired the note secured by the property formerly operated as a Pontiac car dealership in South Milwaukee. Frontline completed a deed in lieu of foreclosure and gained ownership of the property. The property was redeveloped into a retail project consisting of three new buildings including a Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s, Panda Express, and a newly constructed strip center including T-Mobile, Mattress Firm, and Great Clips. The successful development was completed within two years of acquisition of the note.
