HAMMOND, IN–(April 9, 2015) – Frontline Real Estate Partners closed the sale of a vacant retail building located at 2109 Calumet Avenue, Hammond, IN on April 9, 2015. The property was vacant and sold as a redevelopment site. The closing occurred less than two months after Frontline had listed the property for sale. Prior to selling the property, Frontline had served as court-appointed receiver for the property.
